President Jonathan swears in Kassey Garba as Chief Economic Adviser

| | President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has sworn in Professor (Mrs.) Precious Kassey Garba as his Chief Economic Adviser.
Professor Garba took the oath of office on Wednesday, August 18 shortly before the commencement of the week’s Federal Executive Council meeting at the council chambers, State House, Abuja.
The appointment of Professor Garba was contained in a statement signed by the President’s Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Mr. Ima Niboro, on Friday, August 6.
Until her appointment, Professor Garba was the Dean, Faculty of The Social Sciences at the University of Ibadan.
